not replacing the kitchen floor
My former racer All Hail Eddie used to run down our hallway then race through the tiled kitchen floor
barking all the way to greet me when I came home from work each day. I could hear his 72 lb frame
rumbling down the hall and his nails clattering against the tile floor. He would be going so fast I would
have to bend down to grab him or he would go out the front door.
How I miss his greeting -it has been years since his passing . I refuse to replace the beat up tile floor....
and despite the years gone by I still catch myself bending down when I get home to hug my old friend.
weird but true.

Aww.. What a good memory. We have to replace ours but not til we empty out the house and move to our new home in Tennessee.
